Our vision is to create a safe place for people to be heard, and where everyone has access to basic emotional needs in life. including feeling worthy of feeling loved, being forgiven , being heard, and just feeling self love , while letting go of the pain, shame, and guilt that comes with most trauma despite the fact a trauma may have not been given by us but given to us instead.
We believe that by working together, we can create a giving and healing space for others to find empowerment in your stories. to hopefully gain courage to start the path to a better quality of life .
This is where the healing begins. Here we will listen to each other, support one another, and start the path to change the things in life that have caused us pain, with the hope that all things are possible. We can support and listen to one another on our journey to not only become healed but to become better Human beings for ourselves, and those we love. Talking about trauma is difficult! We take a holistic approach to our work, addressing the complex and interconnected issues that contribute to poverty and inequality ,addiction, death or mental health issues, also possibly causing the trauma cycle of guilt to be passed on to others you care for. Empowerment, with an emphasis on sustainability and community involvement to allow people to see they are not alone, showing listening, sharing honesty without judgement of others specific trauma. First step of healing is speaking about it! hoping to show that the space between us that we are no so different or alone. Traumas of all kinds have caused pain and suffering to our quality of life. I ,myself have suffered and am lucky enough to be on the healing path. This is my attempt to give back a safe place for others to do the same, one story at a time. Have we not suffered enough?
